Crossroads Treatment Center has been a pivotal key to my recovery. The staff and my counselor is the best counselor I've ever had in a recovery setting. Caroline Rockwell is very kind, understanding, empathetic and never have I ever felt judged or felt like any mistakes I've made can't be fixed or made right. She just ensures me it's a normal part of recovery that I need to acknowledge it, fix it if need be and move forward. Cody the man that checks everyone in as they walk in must have a memory like an elephant lol he greets everyone by name as they walk in has managed to memorize everyone's patient ID to check them in as they come in 🤯 that takes some serious skill bro! ALL of the staff makes you feel like family and I am blessed to have come to a cross Crossroads Treatment Center for MAT maintenance for treatment. I 100% consider them my treatment family and would recommend them to anyone who needs treatment and are serious about changing their life for the better ❤️
Very friendly and professional staff. Montez is a wonderful counselor quick to help out anyway he can. And the rest of the staff is also very professional
The staff are all Extremelyvfriendly and they're all very non judgemental at all. I was very nervous my first-time ever walking but they all made we feel very welcomed and like I belonged! This is one of the very most Extremely hardest things I've ever attempted in my life and im very thankful for the help that im receiving because without it I knoe this would not be possible so again thank you all so much 🙏 and most importantly thank God!
Since I'm handicapped they couldn't do enough to help me out everyone there was so kind and polite got me through the process so that I wouldn't have to hang around for hours I; sure appreciate it also All the people was that I'm known before are still there and very nice I really appreciate them
