My last review was 3 years ago. I have to reiterate how good this location is, especially compared to other locations Ive been to.
The folks that work here really care about us recovering addicts. People like Kia, Fern, Sherise and Dr. Menkin have made my recovery process 1000 times easier just by caring, asking the right questions and making sure we have what we need to succeed. Crossroads as a whole is great, but these folks in particular need to be recognized on how well they assist us. Ask any other patients here and I guarantee you'll hear the same thing.
1000/10 would reccomend.

Went from CTC in Pottstown to Crossroads because they made the whole sublacade shot process simple. I’m a barber w a busy schedule and crossroads simplifys the process without making their patients jump through hoops.
Everytime I go, I feel welcomed & respected. Not at all like when I was on Methadone! Up @ Alliance Medical Services they treat you like your not human, a piece of garbage! I love coming to Crossroads!!

The reception desk employees are very friendly. Dr.Robinson is the most understanding physician I've ever encountered in this field. He does.his best to make you comfortable physically and mentally. I'd recommend Crossroads to anyone struggling with addiction.

Since I'm handicapped they couldn't do enough to help me out everyone there was so kind and polite got me through the process so that I wouldn't have to hang around for hours I sure appreciate it also All the people was that I'm known before are still there and very nice I really appreciate them
