Very nice people that work there and they care about what you are going through.
Sara the doctor is always so friendly and listens and cares about her patients and then Nikki the front desk person gets you in and to toxic real quick so everyone up there is always so friendly and helpful and cares about the patients

Awesome place for recovery! Everyone there has been so nice and understanding and they listen, and genuinely care. I have to say the employees are awesome!! Not just out to get money like most. It does take a minute getting used to the early appts but also it keeps you on a steady schedule! I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting help with addiction!
I have been a patient for over a decade if you are serious about your recovery I would recommend Crossroads for your treatment. The doctors, counselors, and staff are wonderful!!!! I and many other patients would be truly devastated if we did not have Dr.Roa she is the best doctor I am so thankful to Crossroads for finding her!!!! I transferred take didn't long I was in and out in 2hrs compared to 10 hrs from BHG where I came from. Let me keep my same amount take homes I earned at BHG staff is great Dr was great. Best methadone clinic I have been to the dr actually checks on you every couple weeks to make sure the dose is right. When I pick up take homes for the month I dose pick up meds drugs screen and see my therapist and back in my car on way home in less that a hour if that was daily dosing you could be in and out of the building less than 5 min each day.
The staff are very polite and professional I am very confident and impressed by their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help in this area of their life
